For people who wants to order issue 15, after I had asked to Yosuke (NWP) about a possible problem with the prices concerning postage, here's what he told me:

"There's EMS Express Mail and Air Letter Post. A lot of people are also selecting Surface Mail which will take up to 3 months to reach Europe. Please advise your supporters to use Air Letter Post."

So make sure to choose the option AIR LETTER POST.
