Hallo Freunde,

wir können euch nun endlich die letzten zwei Bands für das Hammer Of Doom 8 präsentieren

PROCESSION werden einen ihrer seltenen Auftritte am Hammer Of Doom 8 spielen. Ihr neues Album „To Reap Heavens Apart“ schlug in der Szene ein wie eine Bombe und endlich kann die Band ihre neuen Songs auch live präsentieren. Sänger und Gitarrist Felipe meint dazu:
"It was about time to be back at Hammer Of Doom Festival once again and what better way to do so than with a whole new crushing set of anthems of perdition. The memories from 2010 are still fresh and its always a great mass celebration with both old and new friends, people that's been in contact with us since the demo days and have joined the Procession with loyalty and compromise; but most importantly, some of the most dedicated doom metal crowd in the world.
Würzburg: the sky will become flames and hammers...Thundering Hammers of Pounding DOOM!"

Weiterhin konnten wir mit WHEEL eine der hoffnungsvollsten deutschen Doom Bands als Opener verpflichten. Die Dortmunder haben gerade mit „Icarus“ ein fantastisches neues Album herausgebracht. Mehr Infos gibt es unter:

Leider können wir diesmal keine Aftershow Band im Immerhin machen, aber wir haben in einem separatem Bereich in der Posthalle eine tolle Afterhow Party organisiert:

We are happy that we can finally announce the final two bands for Hammer Of Doom 8.

PROCESSION will play one of their rare liveshows on Hammer Of Doom 8. They released their new album “To Reap Heavens Apart” this year and it hit the scene like a bomb. Singer and guitarist Felipe comments:

Aber: Entnehme ich der Liste oben richtig, dass WHEEL Opener sind und Below danach spielen? Ich meine: im Prinzip ja Wurscht, weil man beide Bands gesehen haben sollte (WHEEL, das ist so ) aber ne Band mit 2 Alben vor einer Band mit.. öh, ja, wird da was draussen sein bis dahin?

Egal. Glückwunsch zu einem Dr. approved Lineup, das mit überraschend viel richtigem DOOM aufwartet und trotzdem spannend/abwechslungsreich ist. Schee, wia da Schwob sait.*

Grad gesehen, Eurotour der drei ohne Ashbury vom freitäglichen Gedoome. Am Samstag, 09. November, machen sie Halt im Backstage München. Könnte nett werden. Fehlen nur noch Ashbury als Speschl Gäst.
