Sgt.

Check these ones out.
Banzai - Banzai (1983)
On of the bests in my opinion. Good melodies of typical Spanish metal from the 80's with a fucking great singer
Check Voy a tu Ciudad, Heroes or Coche Rapido en la noche on their myspace
http://www.myspace.com/banzaiduroypotente
Steel Horse - Wild Power (2010)
The best new band in Spain. Classic heavy metal Judas Priest influenced. Check the album out cause it really worths it.
http://www.myspace.com/steelhorsemetal
Wild - Calles De Fuego
I've seen that somebody in the forum is already aware of this band. Strongly recommend to. Along with Steel Horse the best classic metal released in Spain since many years.
http://www.myspace.com/heavymetalwild
Omission - Thrash Metal Is Violence
The best thrash metal band in Spain nowadays. Despite what you can hear in the myspace which seems to be influenced by blacker sounds, live they are fucking old school thrash metal to the core. True metalheads.
http://www.myspace.com/omissionthrashmetal
Evo - Animal de Ciudad (1983)
Classic band from Barcelona. Great album with great metal hymns
http://www.myspace.com/evonooficial
Santa - Reencarnacion (1984) & No Hay Piedad Para los Condenados (1985)
One of my personal favorites. Woman leaded true metal band. One of the best female voices ever. One of their videos was played a couple of times in the last Play It Loud festival.
Sobredosis - Sangre Joven (1985)
Another classic metal band from Spain.
http://www.myspace.com/sobredosisoficial
and some true cult metal bands from the 80's:
Estigia - Muerte Al Falso Profeta
Thrash metal from the Basque Country. Powerful and fast
http://www.myspace.com/estigiaband
Dyssit - Demo
Caid Deceit - Demo
Another 2 metal bands from the Basque Country. The singer was the same but thy just released 1 demo each.
Once I digitalized the tapes and uploaded here: http://rapidshare.com/files/265083631/Caid_Dyssit.rar
Check them out! you will like them for sure.
There are plenty of metal bands in Spain. If you wish I can make a bigger list.
