FISCHELs BEAST is the new solo project of the ex-SENTINEL BEAST axeman Barry Fischel. Commencement is their first release, solely consisting of material written in 1987 for the second SENTINEL BEAST album, which due to the band's untimely demise never got released.

Anyhow, you should know what to expect: a classic, oldschool, intense US power/speed metal in the vein of Sentinel Beast (obviously), early Vicious Rumors, Savage Grace, and Slauter Xstroyes just to name a few.

I got the demo and it is fantastic. Only the bandname is a bit lame...

Indeed. That's what is on this CD - 6 old SB tunes with total playing time of 35 minutes. It will be priced as EP at $9.99

Oh okay, I had high hopes for some brand new tracks. Barry told me that they are right in the writing process ...

It will take them some time to record a whole new album. Maybe 2010
