Am letzten Oktoberwochenende findet in Schio (bei Vicenza) mal wieder ein PIL-Festival statt. Hier ist das Billing:

Es kommen noch einige Bands hinzu. Was dagegen spricht ist die Tatsache, dass es diesmal über 3 Tage geht. Zwar ist der 1. November ein Feiertag, und niemand müsste frei nehmen... aber der Oktober ist mit AK in Lissabon und dem HOD bei mir schon gut gefüllt. Wird schwierig. Abgesehen davon bin ich nach der Pleite ausm letzten Jahr nicht sicher, ob ich dem Veranstalter was die Planung angeht noch trauen kann... bin da lieber mal vorsichtig.

Sorry, aber aufgrund der Scheisse die da im September letztes Jahr abgelaufen ist, bin ich eigentlich nicht bereit da noch einmal hinzufahren...

I've been to the previous 3 editions but I don't think I'll join this one.

I have already seem most of the bands and it quite difficult to get 3 free days at work on November.

Anyway, it has always been a good festival where we had a great time with the Italian metalheads

Really? So maybe there are chances to see them in 2010 already. Would be the perfect headliner for Metal Assault in my opinion!

Agent Steel officially announced their apperance at that Italian festival on their Myspace site. Cool news.

Billing sieht ja ziemlich interessant aus.
Vielleicht werd ich hingehen. Mal sehen .... wenn sich wer zum mitfahren findet.

Achja: SPITFIRE kommen aber aus Griechenland. Oder gibt es auch italienische SPITFIRE?

Der Preis wundert mich kein Stück. Das UTH kostet ja auch gut ´nen Fuffi, und das geht nur über 2 Tage.

Hmm, die Agenten und der ohnehin um die Zeit geplante Italien-Aufenthalt lassen mich da ja doch noch ins Wanken geraten. Weiß irgendjemand hier schon, dass er auf jeden Fall fährt?

Bei mir siehts eher nicht danach aus. Bin das erste Oktober-WE bei Atlantean Kodex in Lissabon und die Woche vor dem PIL auf dem HOD.

Hello, unfortunatly and sadly we must cancel the festival (Play It Loud)...really few pre-sale don't permit to pay the bands and guarantee what was in accord.
In Italy this kind of festivals have not a lot of interest. For 3 edition we try to stay alive with this festival and we think people have more interest in a festival more big.... unfortumnatly this idea was wrong... we cannot confirm a festival with only 50 presale in 3 months... i thank you for all, i'm afraid to cancel but there is no other way.
